I'm not gonna bother correcting this.
Anyways, even if he got a new router, it wouldn't help. The ISP only gives you a certain amount of bandwidth at one time and once it's being used, you can't use any more. The router wold just add more connections into the system.
Say you can download at 500 Kbs/s max. Your brother starts downloading a game, and since noone else is on, it can take up as much bandwidth as the downloading site provides. He's using all 500 Kbs/s. You get on YouTube to listen to some music because you haven't downloaded it yet, and it's slower than usual. Your router is splitting the bandwidth so that your brother keeps most of it, but you get a little of it.

http://www.aircrack-ng.org/
Description
Aircrack-ng is an 802.11 WEP and WPA-PSK keys cracking program that can recover keys once enough data packets have been captured. It implements the standard FMS attack along with some optimizations like KoreK attacks, as well as the all-new PTW attack, thus making the attack much faster compared to other WEP cracking tools.
In fact, Aircrack-ng is a set of tools for auditing wireless networks.
