Every time I ban him, someone unban's him. This time, Batman came into the server, spammed, Used the respawn cheat several times even though I told him to stop, spammed again, Then left to avoid punishment. I banned him for a week, no one undo it...

Liz, he never "hacked" into your account. There's a glitch in the game client that allows you to appear as someone else, all he did was change your name just a little.
