Build or TTT, i'd say depending on the slots that are avaliable.

Well, TTT servers are usually best at like 18-32 slots. Build servers are best at 10-20 or 46+

Actually, we don't. If you are thinking of TCP TTT, Cammy is going to replace it to make room for other stuff. Something like that.
